Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs via telephone and virtual meetings, systematically gathering pertinent information to develop tailored intervention plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
