As Chief of Staff to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care, you will be a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and operational leader supporting a critical business unit. Acting as an extension of the VP, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish effective operating rhythms, and translate strategic priorities into execution across cross-functional teams.With a broad view of the business, you will partner with leaders across the organization to improve alignment, strengthen operating mechanisms, and enable the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
