Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments utilizing telehealth technology to determine clients' mental health needs and establish rapport quickly.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive analysis of assessment data, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress towards treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate treatment and provide an integrated care approach.

• Engage with clients' families to provide education and support, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process to enhance recovery efforts.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
