Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to prevent disabilities, relieve pain, and restore optimal muscle function based on the client's specific needs.
• Assessing clients' physical abilities through comprehensive evaluations involving diagnostic tests related to muscle, nerve, joint, and functional capabilities.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of care plans.
• Providing education and instruction to clients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and the safe use of physical therapy devices.
• Documenting comprehensive clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in alignment with healthcare regulations and company standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, contributing to collaborative care strategies.
• Staying current with industry regulations and best practices to enhance care quality and compliance.
• Completing on-site functional assessments and reviewing the plan of care to ensure alignment with patients' rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Competency in documenting patient care and utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

Encompass Rehabilitation Center values our employees and offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
