Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain in-depth insight into clients' mental health concerns and collaborate on tailored treatment approaches.

• Implement individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions suitable to the client's unique needs.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and consistently evaluate progress through regular follow-ups and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure all clients, including those with accessibility challenges, receive necessary services, expanding our reach and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to reflect client progress and uphold the ethical and regulatory standards of our practice.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging mental health research and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse and include individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. As a therapist, you will support and guide clients through their therapeutic journeys, providing a safe and nurturing space for them to express themselves and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish safe, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
