HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Director (Overseas Business)

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment, organizational development, HR operations, or business partnering.
- Experience supporting overseas markets, high-growth businesses, or international expansion projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR process development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance organizational needs and commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English; experience working with Southeast Asian markets, cross-border recruitment, or EOR/PEO models is an advantage.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Talent Acquisition & Organization Building
- Partner with business leaders to understand expansion plans and workforce requirements across target markets.
- Design organizational structures, headcount plans, role definitions, and hiring priorities to support business growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key functions, including Business Development, Sales, Medical Training, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and local support teams.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines through recruitment agencies, headhunters, referral programs, and other sourcing channels.
- Establish onboarding, probation management, employee communication, and retention programs to accelerate team integration and productivity.
- Coordinate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR administration processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive and performance-driven culture.
- Develop competitive compensation, incentive, bonus, and performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives and local market practices.
- Coordinate with headquarters and external service providers on employment contracts, payroll, taxation, social security, and labor compliance matters.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with overseas business teams, country managers, finance, compliance, operations, and headquarters HR teams.
- Manage relationships with recruitment partners, EOR/PEO providers, payroll vendors, legal advisors, and training providers.
