Account Manager

I’m currently partnering with a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) & Test Organisation to hire an experienced Account Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area . This is a growth-driven hire within a business generating $500M+ in US revenues , with strong momentum across key markets, including Semiconductor, AI and Chip verticals. The Opportunity: This is not a volume account role — you’ll take ownership of 3 major strategic customers , including a flagship account with ~$50M annual spend . The focus is on deep relationship management, commercial growth, and long-term partnership development . What you’ll be doing: Owning and developing relationships with a small number of high-value OEM customers Driving revenue growth and account expansion across complex EMS/Test programmes Acting as the key commercial interface between customers and internal engineering/operations teams Identifying new opportunities across NPI, manufacturing, and test services Why this role stands out: High-impact, strategic account ownership (not transactional sales) Joining a business in a strong growth phase Exposure to large, complex customer programmes Clear visibility and influence across senior leadership What they’re looking for: Desirable - experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or test services Strong track record managing large OEM or Tier 1 accounts Ability to navigate technical + commercial conversations Comfortable operating in a high-value, low-volume account model If you’re interested in stepping into a role where you can truly own and grow key customer relationships , I’d be keen to speak. #J-18808-Ljbffr Delve Search - Global Search Consultants
