Key Account Manager

Position Overview This position is critical to Luxshare-Tech's strategy of further penetrating existing markets and entering new markets with innovative products in copper high-speed interconnect, optical interconnect, power, and thermal solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Development. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and board directives. Prospect and develop new accounts while expanding existing business opportunities. Build market intelligence on customers and competitors to strengthen competitive advantage. Account Management. Manage and grow key accounts directly, positioning Luxshare as a strategic and preferred supplier. Build strong, long‑term customer relationships across all functional and executive levels. Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, products, technical specifications, quality, and supply issues. Lead pricing negotiations, ensure timely system updates, and drive demand fulfillment through close coordination with Luxshare plants. Sales Leadership & Collaboration. Collaborate cross‑divisionally with FAE, R&D and Marketing to develop go‑to‑market strategies, marketing collateral, and sales campaigns. Support direct sales activities including customer visits with Tier 1 customers. Operational Excellence. Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize production planning, capital utilization, and supply assurance. Analyze challenges and propose solutions that drive business growth and reduce inefficiencies. Manage customer complaints and RMA processes effectively. Participate in industry standards development, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of sales leadership and account management experience in a high‑tech industry. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire and manage high‑performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including C‑level executives. Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask and work independently. Team‑oriented with a positive, proactive attitude. Previous customer service experience in a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales revenue management systems. Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
