Job description Network is a B2B2C platform that connects 180+ interior design firms with high-intent homeowners in Singapore. We run strategy, creative, production, and account management under one roof. We're hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of ID firm clients on our Branding and Marketing programmes — from strategy and copywriting to campaign execution and client reporting. What you'll do Manage a portfolio of ID firm clients — lead weekly check-ins, handle onboarding through renewal Write ad copy, video scripts, social captions, and production briefs for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Run Meta campaigns (CBO/ABO structure), review performance weekly, and refresh creative bi-weekly Be the day-to-day client contact — communicate clearly, handle escalations, set expectations Deliver monthly performance reports with insights that shape the next creative direction Brief and coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the production team What we're looking for 2–4+ years in a creative agency, content marketing, or account management role Strong copywriting skills — ad copy, spoken scripts, captions that don't read like ads Working knowledge of Meta ads (campaign structure, creative clusters, ad fatigue) Clear, fast communicator — clients feel informed, not just managed Self-directed — you ship finished work without needing hand-holding Sharp written and spoken English Able to work Singapore hours (9am–6pm SGT), with some evening overlap during shoot weeks Nice to have Experience in interior design, renovation, or home-related verticals Familiarity with the Singapore renovation market Production background — directing shoots, editing, briefing creators End-to-end paid social experience Salary Salary: 2k SGD / 5-6K RM Eligibility Open to applicants residing in Malaysia as well - Fully WFH Contact Whatsapp View phone number on click.appcast.io Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr NETWORK MEDIA PTE.
