Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health challenges and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session meets the unique goals and preferences of clients.

• Work closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and track their progress throughout the therapeutic journey, adapting approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may face challenges attending in-person appointments, ensuring consistent access to needed support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in training and educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be a diverse group of individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and suicidal ideation. You will be instrumental in implementing evidence-based treatments designed to foster resilience and recovery, particularly through our innovative suicide prevention initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a full, unrestricted license with one of the following designations: LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT. Note that provisional licenses or those with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, along with a strong understanding of telehealth tools and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a teletherapy setting or within community health environments is highly desirable.

• A background in crisis intervention and suicide prevention strategies will enhance your ability to excel in this role.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent care practices.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and specific caseload.
