Executive Assistant / New York, NY (Onsite), 3+ Months Contract

Job Description : Location : New York, NY (Onsite) Duration : 3+ Months Contract Hours Per Week: 40.00 Hours Per Days : 8.00 Days Per Week : 5.00 Education : Bachelor's Degree. Schedule Notes : This is not a remote position, The successful candidate should be someone who has been supporting C-Suite level executives in a healthcare setting for a minimum of 5 years. This person will be assisting our Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer with administrative tasks on a day to day basis. The person should be highly organized, have the ability to multitask, schedule meetings, manage calendar, liaise with multiple stakeholders, possess the ability to interact with others-many of whom will be C-Suite level and agency heads from around the City and State-including governor's and mayor's office. We are looking for Microsoft office skills, meeting management-WebEx preferred. Ability to put together PowerPoint presentations, able to use Excel and Word. The ability to be diplomatic and maintain confidentiality is a must. Ability to accurately create, edit, save and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Access. Works for Senior Level.
