Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will work primarily from home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule within a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the role allows for remote work, some adaptability may be required to meet the changing needs of our clients. Our team-oriented approach involves regular virtual collaboration with colleagues and multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider patients’ cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances, enabling you to design and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care that supports patient recovery and resilience.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention assistance, guiding patients through mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training programs focused on cultural competency and therapeutic best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is required.

• Cultural Competence: A demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and effective treatment methods, with a commitment to culturally responsive therapy.

• Therapeutic Experience: Experience providing individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusivity and culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
