Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and brief, developmentally appropriate screenings for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Design and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring access to necessary services and effective communication among clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
\n
• Carry a manageable caseload, monitoring client meetings and outcomes while ensuring timely completion of documentation and reports.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, employing effective strategies to support clients in distress.
\n
• Collaborate closely with educational staff to create a supportive environment for clients and promote mental wellness initiatives within the school.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and conduct standards, embodying the integrity and values of our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work directly with a diverse population of clients who are primarily students facing mental health challenges. Many of these individuals come from under-served backgrounds, necessitating a compassionate approach to care. A deep understanding of cultural, socioeconomic, and developmental factors that affect mental health will enable you to provide tailored support that considers each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Tennessee.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated organizational and planning abilities, essential for managing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
