About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Commercial Strategy & Growth to lead the expansion of its international presence and the development of new product categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the multi-year growth strategy, building and defending business cases for new platforms, and leading the go-to-market strategy. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in commercial and corporate strategy, general management, or new business and venture roles, ideally within the food or beverage industry. The VP will work across various functions, including consumer insights, innovation, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure that growth opportunities are effectively translated into commercially grounded strategies and successfully executed in the market. Applicants for the VP, Commercial Strategy & Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the CPG sector, with a strong background in commercial strategy and a focus on international expansion or new category development. The role demands a leader with a strong financial and analytical toolkit, the ability to lead through influence, and executive presence for high-level decision-making. Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments, as well as direct experience in international markets or adjacent snacking categories, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a natural problem solver, and possess the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
