Inside Sales Account Executive (Greater Cleveland)

Our client is seeking an inside sales professional to grow existing accounts and develop new business through phone, email, and online presentations. Sales professionals from any industry are welcome; prior computer hardware or software sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers, identify additional sales opportunities, and support account retention.
• Pursue new customers within an assigned territory and meet sales goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and help introduce new products to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activity, and prepare quotes using cloud-based customer database and configure, price, quote (CPQ) tools.
• Collaborate with accounting and sales leadership to resolve billing concerns, account changes, and cancellations.
• Share customer feedback and competitor information to support sales planning.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and company events as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of inside sales experience, including account management and new business development.
• An associate’s degree is required; a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field, is strongly preferred.
• Clear communication skills by phone, email, and during presentations.
• Ability to learn technology products and explain their value to customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based customer database systems.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Richfield and travel occasionally for company events.
