Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approach and treatment plans for clients.

• Collect and review patient history, addressing mental health histories and challenges in relational dynamics.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate psychoeducation, skill-building, and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving relationships and mental health.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any behavioral observations in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with therapeutic practices and theories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with families, couples, and individuals facing emotional distress, relationship challenges, and personal growth obstacles. Your expertise in family dynamics will help clients navigate complex issues such as communication breakdowns, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation. By focusing on psychoeducation and relationship counseling, you will support clients in building stronger connections and healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the State of Washington.

• Certification in one or more recognized treatment modalities, such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to work effectively within a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
