Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Conquer Psychotherapy Center, you will serve a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• A valid license to practice in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs creatively and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is advantageous due to the remote nature of this position. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management tools will allow for smoother integration into our telehealth workflows.
