Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Engaging in case management duties by coordinating client care through effective consultation and collaboration with clients, internal team members, and external providers.

• Implementing evidence-based techniques to motivate clients, guiding them towards successful achievement of their mental health goals.

• Working closely with a diverse clinical team including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers to provide integrated care.

• Innovating through the piloting of experimental therapy protocols and techniques to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Participating in training focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to maintain high-quality standards.

• Completing psychological assessment reports, ensuring that feedback and recommendations are understandable and actionable for the clients.

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate a client's readiness for various treatments, work assignments, or referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on children, teens, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges and needs. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding of cultural sensitivities and personalized approaches. Your efforts will directly influence their path to recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid social work license as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party service.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
