Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored therapy plans that resonate with individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of clinical techniques to establish effective therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to enhance treatment approaches and improve overall client satisfaction.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and conference attendance to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interface with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups facing relationship challenges, mental health disorders, and family dynamics. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their personal journeys and aiding them in fostering stronger relationships with their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A strong understanding of clinical techniques and a minimum of 2 years of professional therapy experience.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming and productive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse family structures and familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
