Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and needs, guiding them toward optimal treatment paths.

• Develop, implement, and continuously modify individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities aligned with each patient’s unique challenges.

• Provide engaging individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing techniques tailored to treat various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment strategies, adhering to electronic medical record (EMR) standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals in our network to enhance coordinated care for our patients.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and engage in clinical supervision, sharing insights and feedback to enhance overall team performance.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and treatments in the field of mental health, integrating new findings into clinical practices to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
