We are seeking experienced Office Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic brokerage firm while advancing your career in the U.S. financial markets.

Position Summary
The Office Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the U.S. office by leading workplace operations, corporate administration, employee experience initiatives, vendor management, facilities coordination, and administrative processes. This role serves as a key liaison between the New York and Seoul offices and plays a critical role in maintaining a professional, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including office opening/closing routines, front desk and guest experience, and day-to-day workplace issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the New York and Seoul offices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage corporate governance documentation and coordinate with legal counsel on corporate administration and compliance matters.
- Oversee insurance renewals, risk management processes, and Certificates of Insurance.
- Own procurement, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, and invoice tracking.
- Lead facilities management, office maintenance, space planning, conference room management, and workplace improvements.
- Develop and maintain business continuity, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety programs.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, asset coordination, and cross-functional alignment with IT, Finance, and People teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Maintain office asset inventories and coordinate repairs, replacements, and technology lifecycle planning.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, office events, team gatherings, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate travel, visitor logistics, interviews, meetings, and catering as required.
- Prepare internal communications, office announcements, newsletters, and operational updates.
- Track and report key operational metrics, budgets, vendor performance, and administrative activities.
- Partner with Toss Korea and other stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Provide executive and administrative support to leadership as needed.
- Respond to ad hoc operational and administrative requirements across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in office management, business administration, HR, workplace operations, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-growing technology, financial services, startup, or multinational environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and workplace productivity tools.
- Experience managing vendors, procurement/procurement systems, contracts, and expense tracking.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience supporting HR, workplace, and employee experience initiatives preferred.
