Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individualized clinical psychotherapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are designed for a diverse client base, with particular focus on children aged 9 years and older through to adults. We are looking for counselors who possess a genuine drive to support clients through various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized care and intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in accordance with Washington state regulations.

• Ability to maintain sufficient Professional Liability Insurance coverage to practice in our community health clinic.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

• Track record of providing supportive counseling to children and adults facing complex mental health issues.

• Experience in a community health or mental health clinic setting preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on licensure and client load.
