Online EBT Application Coordinator Emeryville, CA Join a well-established national retail organization with a strong presence across the United States. This role supports the expansion of online SNAP/EBT capabilities by coordinating the application process for independent store operators, partnering with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities Guide Independent Operators through the online SNAP/EBT application process, including forms, required documentation, and next steps. Track application status across multiple store locations and maintain accurate project trackers. Follow up with operators to obtain missing information, confirm submissions, and resolve outstanding items. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including payment providers, delivery platforms, and government agencies. Prepare application packets, templates, instructions, and supporting materials. Monitor deadlines, identify roadblocks, elevate issues as needed, and provide status updates to eCommerce and digital teams. Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, communications, and follow-up activities. Support operator questions, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational, administrative, or project coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable following up with stakeholders and driving projects to completion. Proficiency with spreadsheets, shared documents, and basic project management tools. Ability to quickly learn new processes and communicate them effectively. Experience in customer service, operations, retail support, or project coordination preferred. Experience with grocery, eCommerce, payments, SNAP/EBT, or franchise/operator support is a plus.
