Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Carson Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your approach based on client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care practices, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process.

• Monitor and track client progress effectively, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
