Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to identify their goals, preferences, and challenges as a foundation for designing personalized rehabilitation strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans reflecting each client's unique educational background, skill sets, physical abilities, and occupational aspirations, while adapting these plans as needed.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s recovery plan.

• Maintain meticulous records in client case files, documenting personal and eligibility information, insurance details, services provided, and communication histories.
\n
• Monitor client progress continuously, evaluating treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to promote success in rehabilitation efforts.
\n
• Provide consistent support to clients participating in job training and occupational placement activities, addressing any challenges that may arise promptly.
\n
• Facilitate communication with family members and caregivers to engage them in the treatment process and address clients' broader support needs.
\n
• Assess client needs through established protocols and document findings expeditiously to inform ongoing treatment planning.
\n
• Offer referrals and resources as needed to enhance client support and ensure a comprehensive approach to their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues and mood disorders, both in outpatient settings and through virtual consultations. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, improve their quality of life, and achieve personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A proven track record of mental health treatment experience, particularly with clients facing mood disorders and other psychological challenges.

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for facilitating positive change through teamwork.

• Strong clinical competencies, including proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
