Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring a dynamic approach to care.

• Facilitate effective communication among clients, families, and multi-disciplinary team members to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.

• Document treatment progress meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining a comprehensive record of interventions and outcomes.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to share insights and coordinate care strategies with other professionals.

• Conduct home visits and follow-up sessions as necessary to assess client environments and enhance care delivery.

• Design and lead training sessions to equip team members with the knowledge and skills to execute treatment plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Mind Teletherapy, you'll engage with a diverse population, including both adults and youth. Your work may focus on various areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be paramount in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, with a preference for clinical experience.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, adjusted based on your experience and availability to manage caseloads.
