Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, developing pre-crisis plans and positive behavior plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Document all interactions and treatment activities systematically and in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ensure effective and measurable therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
\n
• Represent the organization at community events and statewide meetings, promoting awareness of mental health resources and programs.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
\n
• Maintain open communication with team members and clients to facilitate positive therapeutic relationships.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Living Free, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current, independent LMHC license is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
