Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system to reflect the progress and treatment plans for each client.

• Foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients aged 18 and older, adapting your approach based on individual needs and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with peer social workers and multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies that enhance client care.
\n
• Access and engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work and therapy.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, offer case consultations, and contribute to developing clinic-wide initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, with a dedicated effort to support individuals from varying backgrounds, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities. You will work with clients facing a broad range of mental health concerns, enabling them to navigate through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques in a clinical setting.

• Prior experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by this demographic.

• Experience in addressing men's mental health issues is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
