The position offers the flexibility of a completely remote work setting, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while contributing to a fulfilling career in mental health counseling. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial mental health assessments to gain a thorough understanding of each patient's unique circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities to engage patients effectively and promote mental wellness.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, nurturing their understanding of treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal, ethical, and best practice guidelines for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly within the context of cultural competence.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy in inclusive environments is a critical requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
