Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Premier Counseling & Wellness Services, your daily tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to ensure comprehensive support for your clients:

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the counseling needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and DSM diagnostic criteria.

• Utilize ASAM criteria to evaluate clients for substance abuse diagnoses, determining the appropriate level of care for their recovery plans.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to prepare detailed substance abuse counseling segments in individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Assist in developing discharge and continuum of care plans, ensuring a smooth transition to subsequent levels of care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all counseling and educational services, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up processes in the client’s clinical records.
\n
• Manage an active caseload, ensuring continuity in treatment planning, clinical charting, and all required case management activities.
\n
• Coordinate support services, engaging family members and other stakeholders while meticulously recording service delivery.
\n
• Establish and maintain contacts with external referral sources, such as legal, educational, and workplace entities, to enhance client support systems.

• Facilitate necessary interventions for crisis situations using a collaborative multi-disciplinary team approach aimed at achieving the best outcomes for clients.

You will work primarily with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health issues. This demographic often requires a sensitive and flexible approach, as clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face various social, economic, and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
