Background You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within your first year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance throughout your career.
