Work Environment

You will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Clearwater, Florida, known for its vibrant community and coastal charm. The hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' physical conditions and establishing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific objectives and needs.
• Utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and function, ensuring that treatments are both effective and cost-efficient.
• Developing comprehensive fitness and wellness programs that empower patients to take charge of their health and rehabilitation.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions while providing consistent and personalized care, motivating patients throughout their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, tailoring treatments to support recovery from conditions such as fractures, joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role is pivotal in guiding these patients towards regaining their strength, flexibility, and overall functional capacity.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly with patients facing musculoskeletal challenges.
• Proven experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering direct patient care.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• The ability to adapt to various patient personalities and effectively manage different emotional and physical states.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy or aquatic therapy, are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits
