Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources available for treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals to create and implement tailored treatment plans, aligning therapeutic goals with client needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering risk assessments and safety plans to manage immediate client needs effectively.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment efforts while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and peer support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
