Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques that resonate with clients’ needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies while ensuring their safety and dignity.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, along with paid time off, holiday pay, and flexible work scheduling.
