Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear, attainable goals and incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide direct counseling services via telehealth to clients facing a spectrum of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and grief, using evidence-based techniques to foster healing.

• Promote a trusting therapeutic alliance by being present, empathetic, and responsive to clients' needs during sessions.

• Document all treatment activities and client interactions accurately and in compliance with ethical standards and state regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and coordinated treatment plans for clients.

• Remain attuned to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to continue building your skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support primarily include individuals experiencing challenges related to mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. This diverse client population may range from adolescents to adults, offering you the chance to employ a variety of counseling techniques catered to different age groups and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in providing therapy, specifically in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Exceptional clinical assessment skills and demonstrated effectiveness in developing and implementing treatment strategies.

• A strong understanding of ethical obligations, confidentiality principles, and mental health best practices.

• A commitment to providing care that is sensitive to the cultural and social identities of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow & Bloom offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance, allowing you to manage your work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
