Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Care Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults to assess their movement, strength, and functional abilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment efficacy and making necessary modifications to therapy goals.
• Completing accurate documentation in a timely manner, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and individualized care plans using our electronic health record system.
• Educating patients and their families about the recovery processes, setting realistic expectations, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Collaborating actively with peers in different therapy disciplines to support clients with diverse service needs.
• Embodying and promoting the company culture and values, acting as an ambassador for our mission in the community.

Qualifications
