Great Marshall Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Health Therapist to join our team full-time. This role is paramount in assisting patients to restore their mobility and achieve their physical wellness goals. As a Physical Therapist in our orthopedic outpatient practice, you will engage in diverse therapeutic practices, focusing on promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of patients with various orthopedic conditions.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires working onsite in our vibrant clinic, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and treatment requirements, designing personalized therapy plans.
• Manage a standard workload of one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining efficiency.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient recovery and minimize reliance on medications or surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to develop integrated care approaches tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Document all care provided meticulously, including treatment plans, progress assessments, and outcomes.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to foster their functional abilities.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapies as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Our diverse patient demographic includes active individuals, sports enthusiasts, and senior clients seeking to regain function and mobility. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing their quality of life through tailored interventions and motivational support.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in California, demonstrating compliance with state regulations.
• A clean professional record, with no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proven aptitude in manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to design and conduct structured exercise regimens tailored to individual needs.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, preferably WebPT, facilitating seamless patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in implementing diverse therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises and pain management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
