Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, establishing targeted and personalized treatment strategies.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation protocols, injury prevention, and necessary lifestyle changes to foster a proactive approach to health.
• Track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and achieving desired health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation using appropriate clinical software, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss patient developments and collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions. The demographic encompasses a diverse range of ages, activity levels, and rehabilitation stages. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Preference for board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS).
• Experience in home health care settings.
• Demonstrated involvement in continuing education or professional development pursuits.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and education.
