Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, identifying their goals and treatment needs to develop tailored care plans.
• Manage a caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to ensure dedicated attention and high-quality treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities, while focusing on cost-effective treatment options.
• Encourage alternatives to medication and surgery by employing various therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Create and implement individualized exercise and wellness programs that align with each patient's specific rehabilitative needs.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting all care services meticulously to track improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care and share insights on treatment interventions.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive mindset towards recovery and rehabilitation.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices by promoting strength, balance, and coordination in everyday activities.

As a physical therapist at our facility, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, focusing on personalized care that meets their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong preference for candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Impeccable professional track record, free of any disciplinary actions.
• Excellent manual therapy skills and proven competency in developing and executing exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially in using WebPT for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatment methodologies.
• Experience working with a team of healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate patients in their rehabilitation process.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
