Bonneville Peak Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our thriving rehabilitation team in Irvine, California. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technology, emphasizing a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation. Our skilled team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding care primarily to patients with private medical insurance. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation center located in sunny Irvine, California, where we serve a diverse patient population. As a dynamic member of our team, you will create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports patient healing and growth. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for work-life balance while focusing on your passion for physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient objectives and design individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload effectively by treating one patient per hour, ensuring focused and quality care.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including physical modalities, exercises, and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress, regularly reassessing treatment plans based on observed outcomes.
• Document all services provided in compliance with legal and insurance requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients on treatment goals and maintain open lines of communication regarding their progress and any concerns.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment, fostering a positive mindset to maximize functional abilities.
• Consult and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize overall patient care.
• Contribute to the development of fitness and wellness programs that promote movement, strength, and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach emphasizes personalized care, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure each patient receives the highest standard of treatment. This role allows you to positively impact patients' lives as they progress towards pain-free mobility, improved strength, and enhanced overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, free from any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong background in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate effective manual therapy skills and develop engaging exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, having treated cases ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to sports injuries.
• Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full benefits package includes health, dental, retirement savings plans, and paid time off, affirming our commitment to the well-being of our employees.
