Located in the heart of Irvine, California, Greenfield Rehab and Wellness Center is a modern outpatient facility encompassing 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art sports medicine equipment and technology. Our center specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and provides comprehensive outpatient services focusing on promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach to patient care, working closely with a dedicated team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment.

Work Environment

This position is situated in an onsite outpatient office, designed to foster a supportive and professional environment. We operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that facilitates work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic modalities and tools, enhancing the overall patient experience while providing our staff with the best resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at meeting their specific goals and requirements.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Implement a variety of effective treatment modalities that promote recovery, enhance mobility, and alleviate pain.
• Utilize patient education strategies to minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical treatment options.
• Formulate comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques.
• Design and implement individualized exercise programs that address each patient's unique needs and capabilities.
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients throughout their recovery process to optimize their overall functionality.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and communicate effectively with patients regarding their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain precise documentation of services provided, adhering to best practices and billing protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic largely consists of individuals with private medical insurance seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services. We cater to a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from post-surgical recovery to sports injuries, ensuring comprehensive care for all our clients. Each patient is regarded as a partner in their rehabilitation journey, with individualized attention given to their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on licensing history.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and orthopedic assessment protocols.
• Experience with designing and implementing customized exercise programs for diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, such as WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing patient loads efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Proven track record of improving patient outcomes through innovative rehabilitation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
