Work Environment

As an onsite role, you will be working in a fast-paced outpatient office setting. Our clinic features modern treatment spaces designed to facilitate optimal patient experiences. You will benefit from a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and objectives of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and quality care.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance patients' movement capacities, focusing on minimizing reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and specific exercise regimens, to address individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement wellness and fitness programs that align with the unique wellness goals of each patient.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, using evidence-based techniques to achieve optimal function.
• Engage in open communication with patients regarding their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services in adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.

• Proven experience utilizing manual therapy techniques and a solid grasp of rehabilitation methodologies.
• Skilled in developing, conducting, and adjusting exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using EMR software such as WebPT to maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on sports rehabilitation.
• Experience in leading fitness and wellness workshops or seminars.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and techniques to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
