Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, aiding patients in performing active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and activities of daily living.
• Guide patients through gait and functional training, ensuring they receive the support necessary for successful rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery strategies, fostering an understanding of their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance quality of care and coordinate services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our clinic, you will work with a wide variety of patients, ranging from athletes needing sports rehabilitation to seniors recovering from surgeries. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.

Preferred Experience

• New graduates are welcome; however, experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is a plus.
• Prior experience working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits
