We pride ourselves on our collaborative practice environment, which includes a team of skilled professionals such as two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to providing high-quality care and results-driven outcomes.

Work Environment

Our onsite facility fosters a supportive and engaging work culture, stimulating professional growth and collaboration among team members. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, we ensure a balanced work schedule that allows for focused patient interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining a patient load of up to one individual per hour to foster optimal care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to improve patients' motion and mobility, ensuring cost-effective treatments focused on non-surgical alternatives.
• Monitor patients' progress by evaluating treatment effects and maintaining open communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Document all services rendered in accordance with established standards to ensure quality patient care and adhere to regulatory compliance.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their treatment process, enhancing their commitment to recovery and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Inform patients about the benefits of alternative therapies and healthy living to promote their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily caters to orthopedic patients, enabling them to recover from surgeries, physical impairments, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license valid in California, with no recorded instances of disciplinary action.
• Proven expertise in administering manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise regimens tailored to patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to enhance patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated track record of developing successful treatment plans and achieving measurable patient outcomes.
• Proficient in engaging with diverse patient populations, understanding their unique challenges, and addressing them thoughtfully.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
