Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of new patients to develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-surgical rehabilitation and sports-related injuries.
• Administer aquatic therapy sessions designed to leverage the unique benefits of water for pain management and mobility improvement.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient goals and recovery timelines.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, in-home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery post-treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
