Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility where you will be surrounded by specialized equipment and resources tailored to meet diverse rehabilitation needs. Our team works a steady schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance and providing opportunities for collaboration and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including evaluating their medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals to develop a personalized treatment strategy.
• Design and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment findings, ensuring that each patient actively participates in their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription tailored to patient needs, facilitating effective recovery and improved mobility.
• Provide continuous education on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation processes, encouraging patients to take ownership of their health and progress.
• Monitor each patient's progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all treatment activities, progress notes, and patient interactions in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater primarily to a diverse clientele comprising individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean record devoid of any board actions or disciplinary measures.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation is required.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices in orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits
