Work Environment

The physical therapist position is primarily an onsite role in our dynamic outpatient office. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, conducive to professional growth and comprehensive patient care. You will maintain a structured work schedule, providing services Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which offers a better work-life balance and ensures dedicated time for your personal and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations to identify their unique needs and concerns, setting personalized goals for rehabilitation.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused and quality care.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology and methodologies to deliver treatments that improve mobility and reduce the need for medications and invasive surgeries.
• Incorporate manual therapy and functional exercise regimens tailored to the patient's conditions and preferences.
• Document treatment plans and progress reports meticulously, using EMR software platforms such as WebPT, to ensure continuity of care.
• Foster a motivating environment for patients to trust the rehabilitation process, while encouraging adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care pathways.
• Assess and monitor patient progress regularly to adjust treatment strategies as needed, ensuring effective rehabilitation.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and continued education to enhance both personal skills and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily treats patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education support.
