Flexi-motion Rehab and Wellness Center is a leading rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing individualized care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Our state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot facility is designed with the latest technology in sports medicine and rehabilitation, creating an environment where quality care and patient engagement flourish. Our experienced team comprises two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) who collaborate to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to our clients, primarily those covered by private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This position is onsite, allowing for direct patient interaction and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. Our facility fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere, where teamwork and continuous learning are highly valued. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable environment where practitioners can focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs, objectives, and treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and personalized treatment.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and restore function.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals and timelines.
• Employ cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patient mobility while reducing reliance on medication and surgical interventions.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Thoroughly document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Motivate and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care and facilitate optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including surgeries and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California is mandatory.
• A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary history is essential.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop individualized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings enhances candidacy.
• Strong background in rehabilitation practices and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 per year, based on experience.
