Work Environment

You will be working at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in the vibrant city of Orange, California, known for its community-centric culture and accessibility. The typical working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, establishing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving function and alleviating pain.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and state-of-the-art modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate records that reflect improvements and adaptations made to therapy plans.
• Engage in continuous assessment of therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to patient progress and recovery stages.
• Educate and train patients and their families on effective use of assistive devices and home exercise programs, promoting independence and self-care.
• Assume an active role in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance integrated care for patients.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops, engaging in continuing education opportunities, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Patients span various demographic groups, allowing for a rich tapestry of clinical experiences. Your expertise will guide these clients through rehabilitation as they work towards regaining their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) as mandated by state regulations.
• Possesses a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in documentation and basic computer skills necessary for record-keeping and scheduling.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
