Work Environment

Located in sunny Huntington Beach, our rehabilitation center features state-of-the-art equipment and treatment facilities designed to create a welcoming environment for our clients. As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for helping others. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that include evaluating patients' medical histories, current functional status, and personal rehabilitation goals, ensuring a thorough understanding for optimal treatment planning.
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment findings, patient preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation journey, fostering patient engagement and adherence to their prescribed treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of treatment methodologies such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescriptions, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Document all services rendered and maintain accurate patient records according to state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, with a significant emphasis on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will work collaboratively with patients to restore their maximum level of function and to support their overall health and well-being through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation. Expertise in manual therapy techniques and proficiency in developing and implementing exercise regimens will be considered valuable assets in your application.

Compensation and Benefits
